By accessing or using Un-stuck, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Un-stuck provides a subscription-based service delivering daily motivational SMS messages designed to help users build consistency and momentum. The Service provides periodic text messages intended for general motivational, inspirational, productivity, or personal development purposes. These messages may or may not be valuable, relevant, or helpful to you individually. Un-Stuck is not a medical, therapeutic, psychological, counseling, or professional health service. The messages are for informational and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or any form of professional guidance. They are not a substitute for consultation with qualified healthcare professionals, mental health providers, or other licensed experts.
You assume all risks associated with using the Service, including any emotional, psychological, or other effects from the messages (positive or negative). You agree that you are solely responsible for how you interpret, act on, or rely upon any content received.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Un-Stuck, its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, emotional distress, personal injury, illness, loss of privacy, or financial loss—even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to use the Service at your own risk. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. This release is binding on you, your heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
Subscriptions are billed at $9.99 per month on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated, and any free trial offered will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled prior to the end of the trial period. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing, and you will retain access through the end of your current billing cycle; all payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages (up to one message per day), and message and data rates may apply; you may opt out at any time by replying STOP or request assistance by replying HELP. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service only for lawful purposes. All content and materials provided by Un-stuck are protected and may not be copied or distributed without permission. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and your use of the service also constitutes acceptance of our Privacy Policy.

Un-stuck services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. However, if a parent or legal guardian elects to purchase or authorize use of the service for a minor under the age of 18, the parent or guardian assumes full responsibility for the minor’s use of the service, including all communications, content received, and any associated charges. By providing consent, the parent or legal guardian agrees to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of the minor and is solely responsible for supervising the minor’s use of the service. Un-stuck does not knowingly collect personal information directly from individuals under 18 without such parental consent.
